Our self-developed and manufactured integrated mobile LED award stage truck was selected as the core supporting facility for awards, traveling alongside the race across all stages to deliver a complete set of standardized, all-in-one stage and display solutions for award sessions at every venue.
This mobile award stage truck features a fully integrated vehicle design. Its stage canopy, award platform, side auxiliary screens and central main LED display are all equipped with automatic retractable and unfolding mechanisms. After the truck arrives at the award venue, no auxiliary equipment such as cranes, scaffolding or assembled panels is required. The entire stage can be fully set up after simple basic commissioning, drastically cutting on-site preparation time and perfectly matching the race's schedule of daily transfers and simultaneous award ceremonies at multiple stops.
A high-definition main display screen is installed at the center of the vehicle, paired with auxiliary promotional screens on both sides. They can simultaneously broadcast the official race visuals, sponsor brand logos and real-time race footage. Every segment of the ceremony, from athletes stepping onto the podium and receiving flowers to group photo sessions, is clearly displayed on the screens, fully showcasing the image of the event and its partner brands. The integrated all-weather canopy mounted on the roof provides shade and rain protection, ensuring smooth and orderly award ceremonies even on rainy days without disruptions from outdoor weather conditions.
The exterior of the truck is fully printed with the 25th anniversary logo of this year's Tour of Qinghai Lake, official mascots and branding panels of all tiered partner enterprises. While delivering full award-stage functionality, it maximizes outdoor brand promotion exposure. Equipped with dedicated access stairs and built-in mounting positions for audio equipment, the vehicle comes with complete supporting hardware to cover all demands of a full award ceremony workflow in one unit.
